Fidelis Cybersecurity invests in customer success and technical field expertise with executive appointments of Gabriel Martinez and Ken McDonald

Fidelis Cybersecurity is pleased to announce the appointment of Gabriel Martinez as vice president of customer success, and Ken McDonald as vice president of sales engineering.

Fidelis Cybersecurity, a leading automated detection and response provider, today announced the appointment of Gabriel Martinez, as vice president of customer success, and Ken McDonald, as vice president of sales engineering.

“Both Gabe and Ken are seasoned executives who bring decades worth of cybersecurity expertise in customer-facing technical roles.  We are extremely fortunate to be adding them to our leadership team,” said Nick Lantuh, CEO of Fidelis. “Gabe will accelerate strategic relationship building within our customer base, ensuring the highest level of customer service and success. Ken has incredible experience in building and managing technical teams in the field. He will lead our global field engineering team in partnership with sales to drive growth globally.

Prior to joining Fidelis, Martinez served as chief customer officer at Anomali (previously ThreatStream), as well as the vice president of  client services at Invincea where he was responsible for building out the account management, support, education, and delivery teams. Martinez also held the position of vice president of customer success organization at NetWitness where he built a global services organization from the ground up that delivered a world-class customer experience, while aiding rapid product growth and development.

Ken McDonald will lead the Fidelis field technical team to drive growth through the delivery of exceptional pre-sales engineering support to customers and prospects. McDonald has extensive experience building global technical teams and most recently held the position of vice president of global technical operations at Ribbon Communications. Prior to Ribbon, McDonald was senior vice president of global technical operations at Websense. He has also held senior leadership roles at Cisco systems and Riverbed Technology – where he built and developed the global technical operations team from startup phase to $400+M in revenue.
