Harber comes to Fidelis after positions with the National Security Agency and most recently, the U.S. Cyber Command, where he held senior technical roles. During this time, he invented the threat-based cybersecurity strategy framework known as NIPRNet SIPRNet Cyber Security Architecture Review.
