Fidelis support and service
Fidelis is fully operational. We continue to provide threat intelligence updates, customer support, and professional services to our products and customers.
We have been working to protect the health of our employees and have implemented a company-wide, mandatory work from home policy, effective last week. We plan to continue remote work for the next few weeks and possibly longer based on Federal guidance and facts as they change. This choice is made to minimize exposure of our workforce to COVID-19, keep them healthy, and minimize the spread of the virus.
We realize your organization is responding to COVID-19 as well. We understand that cybercriminals may see COVID-19 as an opportunity to act.
